Two year old oven blew the Broiler and the control board.  Blake with EMT was able to get the replacements installed at a reasonable price and the oven is back in working order with a 1 year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. Called and Blake came out. Tried his best to find a replacement part but was not successful. He did everything he could. In the   end he told us it was a no charge since he was not able to fix our oven. My dryer was not heating up so I called Appliance EMT in the morning and they were able to send someone out to me the same day. The technician who came out was very professional, very nice and he even said hello to my puppy. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer and fix it all within 20 minutes, the price for the visit and repair wasn’t too much at all. It was very reasonably priced. Wow I am so impressed. I had another local (4.9 star rating) repair group come to look at my oven. They quoted me over 3k dollars, and said a new oven of that caliber would be 15k. Luckily I got a second quote. This amazing father/son team was here the same day and fixed the oven for 375 dollars. They are HONEST and kind and fast. The owner (and company) is every good thing you read about them in these reviews and more.  I called Appliance E.M.T. needing some Warranty work on an LG gas range/oven.  This was the second company I’d called that said they won’t do warranty work on LG products.  The owner explained why.  It was the same reason as the first place.  But after listening to my short discussion on the ovens problem, the owner identified the most likely problem and said he’d dig into the tech manuals and text me step by step instructions to fix it.  He did this in about 15 minutes and he included a very helpful YouTube video to assist.  I had the oven working properly in less than 10 minutes.  I wished I’d known about Appliance E.M.T. in the beginning of the marathon phone call sessions with LG’s chatbots. It would have saved me more than 3 hours completely wasted time.  I’ll never buy LG anymore, but we’re thankful to know who to call for service work on our current LG products.

The bottom element in our LG oven went out. Checked it on Monday. Ordered part. Repaired on Thursday. Coleman was very knowledgeable and repaired quickly. The bottom element in under the bottom and had to be replaced through the back. Coleman 5 stars, LG engineers 0.

Appliance EMT is amazing. When I called, they had appointments within the same day and they gave me a price for the service call without me even asking. When Chris showed up to our appointment, he was very honest. He gave our washer a good look over and then I asked for his honest opinion. He diagnosed what he thought was the problem, but the fix didn't work. So he kept looking. When he landed on it being the control board, he gave us his fully honest opinion that it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that he just told me outright. We need more honest repair people.

My dishwasher was not draining and the error code  E024 was that the drain is plugged. I called Appliance EMT and describe the issue to Blake. He asked if I had by chance, the disposal had been replaced which I had. He said to make sure the plug to the dishwasher drain into the disposal was knocked out when it was installed. He also sent me a video showing where the plug is located on the disposal and how to knock it out. Blake saved me a service call. He could have sent someone out and charged me a service fee but he didn’t do that and offered his assistance free of charge. What great customer service! Fixed our refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.

The freezer defroster drain had blocked up and was causing water to accumulate on the floor of the freezer. After the maintenance it works like new.

Dishwasher had a broken plastic waterpipe that supplied the water to the spray arms so they wouldn't spin. The part was replaced and now it works like new again.

Paul was our technician and he was both polite and professional and explained everything he would do to correct our appliance issues.

The office personel I delt with were also polite and professionel and scheduled the work without any issues.

The phone conversation went like this:

Me: "Hi.  I've got an old Maytag dishwasher that has a failed outflow pump so it's not draining and I need to schedule a repair."

Appliance EMT: "You didn't by chance just install a new disposal did you?"

Me: "I did!"

Appliance EMT: "We see this all the time.  There's a little plug in the new disposal that you need to knock out.  They put those in just in case you don't have a dishwasher so the water doesn't go everywhere.  Just disconnect the hose and knock it out with a screwdriver."

You guys saved me HUNDREDS of dollars—and you could have absolutely said nothing and then charged me to come out here and do what just took me 2 minutes to fix.

My fridge would not turn on after a power outage on a Sunday - sent an email to Appliance EMT, even being a Sunday they called me to schedule an appointment for Monday.   While on the call, the tech recommended leaving the fridge unplugged for 5+ min and see if it reset it - well, that worked!!  Saved me paying for a service call and taking a day off work.

It's incredibly hard to find companies that look out for the customer first - can't thank you enough for the assistance.

My LG front-load washing machine was shaking pretty violently during spin cycles, so I dropped a request for an appointment in North Salt Lake on the website (on a Monday holiday). They got back to me the next morning and had someone out within a coupe of hours. Very friendly staff, and they worked quickly and fixed the problem without any issues. They also were great at talking me through a few recommendations, and I didn't ever feel like they were out to get my money. Very great service. Appliance EMT was great he was punctual. We live in Roy and they were able to get us on the schedule the same day we called.  They did a very nice job, very clean!  I am very happy with the service they did to our Maytag Dryer.  He had our part in stock and got us up and working again very quickly. Michael was the service tech that repaired my refrigerator. Even though I have a tiled kitchen floor, he put on shoe footies and continued to wipe up any water that was on the floor even though I told him it wasn’t necessary for either… His professionalism and thoroughness needs to be commended … he is exactly what I feel every company would want to have as an employee to represent their company. When calling, I talked with the owner. He was very professional and he got everything to line up great with my schedule. The technician came to my house and knew exactly what he was doing. Got home from work last night. My fridge was out freezer was all in thawing put in a request for a phone call to appliance EMT called this morning. They have come by to my house 3 times now and my dryer still does not work. They at first fixed the wrong thing, then ordered the wrong parts, and then the dryer only ran for 1 cycle before breaking again. So 2.5 weeks into this and I still don’t have a functioning dryer. Our GE fridge stopped cooling so I called several appliance repair shops. One said 2 weeks, another three days before they could come out. Appliance EMT said 2 hours! The were not only on time, but quickly troubleshot the problem and had parts ordered and on their way within 30 minutes. The parts arrived in 24 hours and 12 hours later the fridge was fixed. This company is great, I highly recommend them. They were quick to respond and send someone to my house to look at my dishwasher. About three weeks ago the pump on my washing machine failed. I previously had a great experience with Appliance EMT repairing mt clothes dryer so naturally I called on them again. The technician,Alex got there early. He diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, explained the repair and cost then got to work. He fixed the machine in about 30 minutes but also cleaned my washer and any mess he left. My family relocated to Utah and found ourselves in need of a dependable washer and dryer but we didn't want to pay full price for a brand new set so we went to the Appliance EMT. They were very helpful showing us options they had of different used appliances for quite a bargain. In less than a week I had it delivered and hooked up in my basement from one of their efficient technicians. I was very happy with their work and my washer and dryer works GREAT! They dispatcher was able to send someone the same day I called and was professional and courteous. The technician was right on time. He let me know that it probably wouldn't be worth me paying him to fix it, rather than get a new dishwasher. I am impressed! We had called a couple of other Appliance Repair Men with one even telling us our washer was too old and he recommended that we needed to buy a new one. But we called Appliance E.M.T. I explained what was going on with our machine and he asked if he could call me back and a couple of minutes went by and he called me back and explained that there was a button I could push for a couple of seconds so I followed his instructions and... wonder of wonders, it worked!! Blake & his son are great. Tell it like it is. If it shouldn't be fixed or can't be fixed he will tell you immediately over the phone. He's advised me a couple of times to not have him come fix things that is not worth it. I really appreciate his honesty. Also Chris did a great job repairing my dishwasher. Based on an earlier conversation had the part he needed when he got here. Repair worked great. Quick and fair pricing. I use them for all my appliance repairs. We had a company come out to clean our dryer vent, and their technician ended up breaking the fan on our dryer which left it inoperable. The manager of that company told me he'd send out a repairman to get the dryer repaired ASAP.

Blake came with the replacement part, and got our dryer working good as new. He was incredibly pleasant, easy to work with, conversational and got the job done very quickly. Before he put everything back together and closed up the dryer, he cleaned some of the lint that had gotten inside the dryer, and noticed that the dryer vent hose was a cheap hose that wouldn't work very well. He upgraded us and put in a better hose, and cleaned up his work area. Although I didn't have them come out to my house to repair my fridge I really appreciated how helpful and honest they were over the phone. I was worried about calling a repair man and being taken advantage of but thanks to these guys I didn't have to pay a fee just to find out there was no saving my fridge. Blake has literally come to our rescue multiple times as we've needed appliance repairs, replacements or just advice on whether or not something is fixable. We rent our property out short-term on Airbnb, etc, and keeping our guests happy is key to our success. Blake has fit us into his busy schedule multiple times when our needed repair was timely and had to be done between reservations. When appliances haven't been fixable, he's provided valuable recommendations and written statements that I've needed for insurance purposes, often without charging what he could for his time and expertise. We did a trouble shoot over the phone and with questions and answers it was determined that a basket strut? was broken. Highly, highly recommend Appliance E.M.T for any repairs! They not only will fix your problem, but come to your location in a timely manner.
We had our dryer mother board go out 16 days after the warranty expired and the repair company couldn’t come for 3 weeks, so Appliance E.M.T was here the next day. Professional repairs by professional technicians!

Appliance EMT came out and did a great job fixing our washer. A little
while later we had a whole new issue that wasn't related to the original problem. Blake came out, ordered new parts and fixed the problem in a quick and timely manner. He wouldn't accept payment for the service, stating that it was an extention of the original service, (we knew better😉).  We truly appreciate Appliance EMT for the great service and professionalism they always offer.  I's so nice to have a source we can call to fix all of our appliances and keep our household running. Great next day service when we were in a pinch. I had reached out to others with more reviews and they couldn't get us in for two weeks. E.M.T. was able to order the part for our refrigerator and get it up and running again for far less then 11K...the cost that a new refrigerator would cost us for our space! Chris was the tech that came and fix our dryer.  He did come across as a tiny bit pushy and in a hurry, but they make their money by getting work completed not having long conversations. Lol

Chris was not rude and was very quick to solve our issue.  He came out only a few hours after the call. Diagnosed and fixed our dryer. Total in and out time was less then 20 minutes.   They still charged $160.0 (that was a bit high IMO).

I had an issue with my parents washing machine when I was up visiting them and they were ready to give up and go buy a new one. I thought let me give this place a call first to see if anything could be done. He responded right away and was able to get it up and running again like new the next day! This company absolutely blew my mind and expectations away. This company is filled with genuine people who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their services. They don't over charge for parts and it was actually cheaper to go through them to get the drain pump I needed rather than going through another party. Within less than a week they ordered the part I needed, came out the same night it got delivered, and fixed my washer in less than 10 minutes. Blake is who I coordinated with and he made so many accommodations for my hectic schedule and life, he even had someone come out sooner than anticipated. Customer service is still alive!!!! I have used Appliance E.M.T. multiple times and have always been glad I did. My most recent experience was when my Viking oven was over-heating. Appliance EMT was responsive and friendly and when the parts came in, they called me to reschedule and arrived on time. They explained what the issue was and fixed it. I have had so many experiences with this company! All of their workers always go above and beyond to help their customers! I recently had one of my appliances not working 100% correctly and contacted them. They came to my house as soon as possible and figured out what was wrong and how to fix it, and even went and did a ton of research because it was very tedious.

I have been highly impressed with the capabilities of Blake and Appliance EMT. We have used this company to fix several of our appliances over the years. I want my appliances to last 10+ years. Appliance EMT can help. Most recently, I did not have the money to buy a new washing machine when mine broke down. Blake spoke to me about the possibility of fixing it at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Appliance EMT was able to diagnose and fix it. One year later and it is still working good. He was also upfront and honest when he told me my fridge had died and not to try and fix it (compressor). Great investment in a company that uses knowledge, current skills, judgement, and integrity to help appliances last a long time or let you know when it's time to buy a new one. Have a Samsung fridge. Samsung basically told me to take a flying leap because they do not have any repair guys in my area. Called Appliance EMT and was so greatful for the help. Blake has helped me multiple times over the years. I wouldn't call anyone else but him. He is honest, quick, and does an incredible job. He's installed multiple appliances for me. Fixed my stove and fridge. One time my dishwasher wouldn't dry. The part that needed replacing was a motherboard, the cost was a significant chunk. Blake from Appliance EMT came out to diagnose and repair my 16 year-old LG washer. He was PROMPT, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I described the best I could the noise is was making (but my description was kind of bad as how do you describe a crazy noise coming from washer??) Despite my description, he seemed to know right off what the problem was. He waited for the washer to make the noise to confirm and he was correct. It turned out the drain pump needed to be replaced. He stocked the part in his van and was able to QUICKLY replace it. He was only at my home for a little over an hour.

When he was done, my washer sounded as good as new. His prices were very reasonable and given that he had arrived within only a couple hours of my initial phone call, I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. Appliance E.M.T. has helped us out multiple times through the years. They are always very professional and provide timely service. A am grateful to know who to call when my dryer breaks, or my fridge goes out. I have also called for advice on what type of appliance to purchase so it lasts a long time. I have been married for over 25 years only had to purchase 2 clothes dryers in that time. The appliance EMT repair team's customer service has always been exceptional. They have done several repairs for me on my various appliances over the years. One time I had them come repair my dryer, and I had forgotten that they had replaced the part previously. Very trustworthy which is a huge deal for me! They are also very dependable and most importantly they won't rip you off! They are very professional with fair prices! Did I mention trustworthiness? Not ready to spend $1200 I was more than happy to find these guys!!  They knew what was wrong just from my phone description.  Less than a tenth of the price also up and running faster than a load of laundry.

The guy that runs this is about as nice and good of human as Earth has ever produced.  I felt very safe and confident in the work being preformed.

Best part was not having to rearrange my life just to get my pants clean!!  I am so happy to know a reputable, fair priced, in home repair shop still exists that I will add this to google reviews as well!  Thanks again Appliance EMT!!
